Mike Welling spent 22 years in the world of consumer packaged goods, mainly with Unilever, where he worked on such brands as Dove, Becel and Knorr. Now he works on the agency side as brand strategist at the Doug Agency, and co-chairs the fundraising campaign for the Marketing Communications Education Trust.
