Customer Research Analyst
Looking for client-side experience? Discover a new way to use your extensive, progressive experience in customer marketing research. In this 1-year assignment, you will work with internal clients, trade partners and research suppliers, to define research requirements, design and implement research projects, manage studies, analyze and interpret research, and present findings, including recommendations.
You are an analytical thinker and an organized, detail-oriented team player who excels in a multi-tasking environment. You bring a working knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques, as well as experience managing segmentation, tracking, customer satisfaction research and other projects. As the ideal candidate, you have a post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Social Sciences or Research, 3 to 5 years of relevant experience on the supplier or client side, experience with syndicated research (PMB an asset), proficiency in MS Office (with particular ability to create friendly, engaging PowerPoint presentations), and solid knowledge of database and statistical tools (e.g., MS Access and SPSS). A history in a CRM function would be an asset. This position involves occasional evening work and travelling within Ontario. File #LCB-107/2008
